"One word to describe my experience? Wow. To preface: my girlfriend and I had been looking for a place for around 4 months; we had walked through a few places; and were feeling a bit disappointed by the lack of good options/unknowledgeable realtors/landlords. Fast forward to our experience with Hendricks (more specifically, Kevin Dover): I put in to see the home late on a Thursday and received a call on Friday from Kevin. "We interviewed 5 property managers before selecting Tim. Except for the new rental commissions, all property managers were about the same monthly cost. Tim was the most helpful and professional. Anyone can manage an easy tenant but what happens when things go wrong? Our first renters started nicely until there were some changes in who was staying with them and the situation became bad. Tim was very proactive at getting them out and collecting on damages and penalties. Second set of renters are great. Love the statements Tim sends out monthly and at the end of the year making tax returns easy. Tim has always been very responsive. His contract is very fair. I trust him."
